Went down to the exercise room in my apartment complex for the first time since my hysterectomy surgery. Yay me! Did okay on the stationary bicycle--stuck it out pretty well through one of its 15-minute pre-programmed routines, albeit on the lowest resistance setting. Then I tried the treadmill for the first time ... and in ten minutes flat, even on the lowest setting, it had kicked my butt. Ah well. Gotta start somewhere.
Hey MizD- I somehow never linked to this blog of yours and didn't know about all of this goings on. I had something somewhere else that never gort updated...
The exercise part is going to help you so much; I know. Please, just do the 10 minutes a few more times...you WILL find that you aren't as tired when its over...then you can up the time...and eventually the level..if you tell yourself "only ten minutes a day", well, then you can do it. I will keep checking up on you. -C

Thanks, Cathy--I really appreciate the support. I hadn't had a chance to post about it yet, but even with the next day's session with the machines I noticed a little improvement in my stamina. Onward and outward ... :-)
